Reservation and cancellation policy

1. RESERVATIONS

1.1. Reservations for Sana SPA Hotel can be donein one of the following ways:

  • By the reservation form on the site www.sanaspahotels.bg;
  • By e-mail: marketing@sanaspahotels.bg;
  • By phone + 359 337 62 099: +359 878 016 939;
  • At the hotel.

1.2. Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.

1.3. You will receive the information about your reservation on your e-mail. It outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.

1.4. Rate Rules and Cancellation Policy:

-  We require to have the first night price pre-payment two days after receiving this confirmation letter.

-  Free cancelation and changes are available two days before your arrival. Cancellation in shorter terms will make your deposit nonrefundable. Please contact us should you need to cancel your reservation.

-  If you need to make changes to your reservation, after your arrival in the hotel, it is possible to do it without any charge 24 hours before the new departure date.

1.5. For special holiday packages the required guarantee deposit may be in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total booking. Your payment should be made within no more than 2 (two) days after sending our e - mail (unless other agreed period).

1.6. After receiving the advance payment, your reservation is valid and is considered definitively confirmed.

1.7. In non-payment within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation.

1.8. When a customer made a reservation in Sana SPA Hotel, it means that he has read and accept our reservation and cancelation terms and conditions.

2. CANCELLATION

2.1. A cancellation of your reservation, can be done in the following ways:

  • By e-mail: marketing@sanaspahotels.bg;
  • By phone + 359 337 62 099.

2.2. Cancellations made 3 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit made. (not valid for special and holiday packages)

2.3. When cancellation is made withinless than 3 days before the check-in date or in case of no show on the day of check-in you will owe a penalty equal to the cost of the first night of each one of the reserved rooms paid as a deposit. (not valid for special and holiday packages)

2.4. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation on a package proposal within 10 (ten) or less than 10 (ten) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show on the day of the check-in, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded and the reservation is considered canceled.

2.5. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation on a festive proposal within 20 (twenty) or less than 20 (twenty) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advancewill not be refunded and the reservation is considered canceled.

2.6. Sana SPA Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and prepaid reservation in case of force majeure and other causes beyond its reasonable control. In these cases, Sana SPA Hotel:

  • Offers a different period of stay, maintaining the same conditions and prices.
  • Refunds the customer deposit in a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request by tourist and the hotel does not owe a penalty of the same.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

3.1. Check-in and check-out:

Check-in: 14:00 p.m. local time

Check-out: 12:00 p.m. local time

Late check-out must be additional charged as follows:

  • late check-out from 12:00 p.m. till 18:00 p.m.  is charged a fee based on the reception rates;
  • late check-out from 18:00 p.m. — 100% (one hundred percent) of the room rate.

3.2. Reservations are kept until 24:00 hrs. at the day of arrival.

3.3. Children under 12 years stay free on bed and breakfast base.

3.4. The hotel does not accept pets.

3.5. Hotel accommodation is arranged upon submission of personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. Information you provide is protected under the Law on Protection of Personal Data and regulations governing the protection of information are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used solely in connection with the reservations and will not be disclosed for other purposes.

4. PRICES FOR ACCOMMODATION

4.1 The prices for accommodation in Sana SPA Hotel are listed on the official website of the hotel: www.sanaspahotels.bg

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1. By cash at hotel / in Bulgarian lev /.

5.2. By a debit or credit card at the hotel.

5.3. By bank transfer in advance to the following bank account:

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. Sana SPA Hotel undertakes to provide guests the full amount requested and paid by them.

6.2. Amounts for requested but unused or partially used services through the fault of the guests are not refunded.

6.3. All prices advertised on the site of the hotel www.sanaspahotels.bg and described in the e-mail messages from the hotel are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax.

6.4. Additional costs will not be calculated automatically in the final price and must be paid separately.

6.5. Sana SPA Hotel is smoke-free place.Under the provisions of Bulgarian national law, smoking in public places is prohibited, so in case of non-compliance with them hotel reserves the right to impose without prior notification a fee of 100.00BGN.

6.6. Guests take responsibility to comply with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages to the hotel will be paid by individuals who caused them.
