General Conditions of Sana Spa Hotel

Thank you for choosing Sana Spa Hotel.

We are working hard to improve the quality of the service to exceed our customer’s expectations.

In order to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay, the management of Sana Spa Hotel

prepared a list of the hotel's rules. We kindly ask you to read it!

NO SMOKING / NO VIPING!

In case of non-compliance,

a ballance of 100 BGN will be charged on your room account.

 

Accommodations

  1. The check-in is after 2:00pm
  2. The check-out is before 12:00pm
  3. You have to let us know in advance if you want an early check-in or a late check-out.
  4. If you wish to cancel your stay (individual reservations only), without penalty, you can do it within 24 hours before the desired date of departure.
  5. Forgotten and unclaimed personal belongings are kept within 1 month.

 

Room made services

  1. Daily room cleaning is until 4:00pm
  2. Towels and bath robes are replaced at the guest's request only if they are put on the floor.
    For a second change within the same day there is a charge off 5 BGN for a bath robe and 2 BGN for a towel.
  3. To guarantee the food and drinks quality offered in the room’s Mini Bar, the management has the right to charge you for any damaged or replaced item.

 

Restaurant

  1. Taking out food from the restaurant is not allowed. There is an extra charge in case of non-compliance.
  2. Being a Sana Spa quest does not guarantee an available table at ‘’Vinopolis’’ restaurant without a reservation.

 

SPA center

  1. Plese respect others privacy and relaxation.
  2. Being a Sana Spa guest does not guarantee the availability for any spa treatment at Livia’s Secrets Spa” without a reservation.

 

 Other

  1. Sana Spa Hotel has the responsibility to protect your personal information used for your reservation.
  2. Sana Spa Hotel is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.
    The hotel is not responsible for any damaged or stolen car.
  3. The quests have the financial responsibility for any caused damage or stolen hotel’s property.
