In case of non-compliance,
a ballance of 100 BGN will be charged on your room account.
- The check-in is after 2:00pm
- The check-out is before 12:00pm
- You have to let us know in advance if you want an early check-in or a late check-out.
- If you need to make changes to your reservation or cancel it, it is possible to do it without any charge 48 hours before the date of arrival. Otherwise they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- Forgotten and unclaimed personal belongings are kept within 1 month.
Room made services
- Daily room cleaning is until 4:00pm
- Sheets are changed after the third night.
We can change sheets, on request, for the amount of 5 BGN .
- Towels are replaced after the third night.
We change every towel, placed on the floor, for the amount of 1 BGN.
- Bath robes are replaced after the third night.
We change every robe, placed on the floor, for the amount of 3 BGN.
- To guarantee the food and drinks quality offered in the room’s Mini Bar, the management has the right to charge you for any damaged or replaced item.
- Taking out food from the restaurant is not allowed. There is an extra charge in case of non-compliance.
- We do not guarantee the availability of seats in the "Vinopolis" restaurant.
